INTUITIVE BODYWORK

​​​The body work I offer, is a whole-of-being approach that supports healing and alignment of the physical, energetic and emotional aspects of ourselves.  Building on 15 years as a yoga instructor and my experience as a massage therapist, I work intuitively to move energy through the body and address your personal goals and needs as they evolve.

Each session will include Reiki, which consists of placing hands on or above the client to balance and restore the body's natural flow of energy.  Reiki is a subtle but powerful approach for calming the nervous system and promoting healing.  It complements other healing practices and helps reduce anxiety and stress.   

 

Weaving in massage techniques, reflexology and Visionary Craniosacral work when appropriate, we will intentionally work with both your physical and energetic bodies.  No two sessions are alike!
