HOLISTIC MASSAGE
Holistic massage is a term I use to describe my work. This is not your typical "massage". It is a whole-of-being approach that supports healing and alignment of the physical, energetic and emotional aspects of ourselves.
Each session will include some amount of Reiki, meaning we will intentionally work with both your physical and energetic bodies. Weaving in reflexology and Visionary Craniosacral work when appropriate, no two massages are alike. I work intuitively to move energy through the body and address your personal goals and needs as they evolve.
REIKI
Reiki is a subtle but powerful approach for calming the nervous system and promoting healing. Reiki complements other healing practices and helps reduce anxiety and stress. Sessions consist of placing hands on or above the client to balance and restore the body's natural flow of energy.
I incorporate Reiki into each of my massage appointments, but if you are looking for less physical intervention and more energy work - these sessions are for you.
